Another great trip to Pyramid! Friday was the nicest day with Sunday bringing breakers over the top of heads
on the guys with ladders. Jay Jefferson, Clyde and Janet, Loren Kitamura and "Team Gambetta"
made the trip. Lorne was the die-hard fisherman of the trip, fishing all three days with short breaks to
warm up and eat. Everyone caught fish (and I caught a nasty cold) but Loren and Betty(from the SCZ Club)
were truly awesome. They at times were pulling in a fish every 15-20 minutes. So if your planning on going up
in the future make sure to give Loren a call on what he used. Thanks to Clyde and Janet for letting us all eat
a couple of meals your new abode to get out of that wind.

Pyramid fishing permit

You will be on the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation, which requires a special
Pyramid Lake fishing permit. The bad news is the cost is $10 for a one-day permit
for either fishing or boating. The good news is you do not need a Nevada fishing
license or a Nevada Trout Stamp.
